  • Visit or evaluate businesses over the next 6 days and write about how the company, customer or employee utilized, displayed or demonstrated the 5 keys you selected.
  • For example, one of the keys is “Overpromise”….Maybe you visited Starbucks and witnessed them over-promising to a customer. Based on this, you would explain and describe the interaction and what should have been done.
