Defining Types Of Causation

For this discussion thread, you are to examine and define the different types of causation:  causally necessary, causally sufficient, causally necessary and sufficient, and causal dependence of one variable on another. Please be sure to rely on and cite course reading and/or outside research. Time and dedication will help you to understand and apply these concepts.

Assignment 1: Defining Types of Causation

In this week’s reading we learned about four types of causality: causally necessary, causally sufficient, causally necessary and sufficient, and causal dependence of one variable on another.

By the due date assigned, post two example claims of at least two types of causality and label them appropriately. Then, explain why the example fits your definition/selected type of causality.
