  1. Select a company that has violated an HR law.

    Imagine that you are a HR manager within that organization. You have been tasked with developing a training to help prevent future violations of the HR law.

    Compile research and information to include in your training.

    Address the following in 800 words from your research:

    • Summarize the situation.
    • Discuss the law’s requirements. Include information regarding what the law does, how it is executed, and the execution gaps of your selected organization.
    • Recommend steps that organizational leadership should take in order to avoid challenges such as this one from happening in the future.
    • Cite your outside sources with APA formatting. Include two citations per page, three peer-reviewed references, and at least two terms, or concepts, or best practices from weekly reading, per page, to support your work. APA format using sub-topic heading for Masters students is the standard.

      Format: The paper should begin with a introduction that includes a few sentences of the background of the topic and the purpose(s) of the paper based on the content required; the body (sub-topic content) of the paper should support the requirements; and a closing that includes a brief summary of the key purpose(s) of the paper and a call to action to readers to act as a result of reading your argument.
